The celebration began with a delightful surprise for Boss Mama customers. With every purchase made during the first week, they received complimentary nursing covers and unique "boobie" candles by Kraft Lab. These thoughtful gifts symbolized the importance of being able to nurse on-the-go.
In conjunction with Breastfeeding week, we launched our very first lace collection for the Real-Support Bra. Due to many requests for a more sexy looking Real-Support Bra, we decided to add a touch of lace for our Boss Mamas. It's something we had always wanted to explore! As a way to test it out, we launched the lace in the nude colour to stay in trend with neutrals. To our surprise, more than half the stock had sold out in less than two days!
Week 2: Boss Mama X SuperMama Lab
Collaboration is a powerful tool that drives innovation and reaches a wider audience. Boss Mama joined hands with SuperMama Lab for an exciting collaboration and giveaway. For every pump purchase on SuperMama Lab's website, customers received free milk booster samples, anexclusive discount with Breastfeed With Simran and an exclusive RM 20 off voucher for their next Boss Mama purchase. This collaboration not only enriched the breastfeeding experience but also highlighted the supportive ecosystem of brands catering to mothers' needs.
Simultaneously, we had an exclusive Supermama Lab X Boss Mama giveaway where customers could stand a chance to win RM 1000 worth of breastfeeding essentials. This giveaway post was a huge success; we received a total of 1421 engagements and over a thousand comment submissions!
Week 3: The Launch Of Our Re-Bra Initiative, Pass the Bra Challenge & The Asian Parent Giveaway
The third week brought Boss Mama into the spotlight at the MVM Baby Expo, where the "Re-bra" initiative allowed mothers to recycle ANY bras of their choice in order to receive a 50% off on Real-Support Bras by Boss Mama. As the very first Mommy Brand to do a recycling initiative, we were able to receive support from notable platforms like Parenthood, Makchic, and The Asian Parent who amplified the message across to their audience through articles, and their social media platforms.

This exposure helped us kick start this initiative and brought awareness for Boss Mama. We received over 100 bras that were a mix of new bras that were ill-fitting, old Real-Support Bras, any used bras that were stretched out and torn, wired bras and even many nursing bras from other brands! It's a great start to this initiative, and we are so grateful to have a supportive mommy community.
In partnership with The Asian Parent, Boss Mama conducted a giveaway on the Asian Parent App, offering a free Real-Support Bra along with a 7-Star Milk booster to 5 lucky winners! Last but not least, the Boss Mama team interviewed experts in the field, such as lactation consultant Simran and Mompreneur Wiwin, who breastfed their children for more than 2 years! Their insightful experiences and knowledge proved to be a useful for mothers seeking guidance on their own breastfeeding journeys. Engagement grew by 36% on Boss Mama since the release of the bite-sized videos!
