Senior Marketing Executive

 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced person to join our team as a Senior Marketing Executive. This multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in marketing, operations, campaign management, and social media. The ideal candidate will not only possess a deep understanding of marketing principles but also demonstrate leadership skills to manage a team of junior marketers effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead comprehensive marketing strategies such as digital marketing plans, social media calendars, and community engagement for special campaigns and Business As Usual items.
  • Closely monitor timelines and deadlines for project objectives to run smoothly. Liaise with key stakeholders on these projects to ensure timely progress.
  • Oversee brand’s presence and lead visibility on all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Telegram & Whatsapp, Emails & SMS marketing)
  • Ensure all e-commerce platforms are fully utilised with proper marketing implementations. Shopee ads, Lazada sponsored solution etc.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of junior marketing professionals with regular communication and clear KPI’s on each of the team members.
  • Assist during onground events and lead on teasing, posting and promoting on said events. TCE baby expo, MVM baby expo etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in relevant industry (e-commerce, food supplement, apparel retail)
  • Proven experience in marketing with a focus on campaign management, social media, and team leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms.
